Breathing is a vital need as well as the demands in life. But not everyone is able to optimize breathing. Many people complain that their bodies are easily tired, stiff, easily catch cold, indigestion, stress ulcers, colds, coughs, allergies to chronic illnesses such as heart disease or stroke.

Many of us feel confused why all this happened while we always eat nutritious foods, exercise and even follow health therapies. These cases are very common in our lives. Why? Because we do not breathe properly. Breathing is an activity in which we conduct the process of breathing air, spread throughout the body and then remove the air of unused or residual air. The air we breathe is not all used for the body's metabolism, only oksgen only. And the body has its own mechanism for only the oxygen that enters the body.

2. Avoid breathing too fast.
Breathing too fast usually happens when angry, irritated, hurry, fear, nervousness, excessive exercise or heavy activities. Practice your breathing as quiet as possible. Give your body time to breathe in air to remove at least half a minute for each breath.

3. Give enough room for air breathing
if we are too full, space for air in the stomach increasingly narrow. Stomach contains three things: food, drinks and air. If food or beverages we were too much, the air will be pressed.
