Be careful if you do copy and paste articles from other people's sites, especially if not accompanied by a link to the site of origin article or consent of the owner of the article. This problem problems does have long been the subject of the webmasters, and clarity on this subject began to appear recently.
If you've visited a few blogs (blogger or wordpress) and it turns out these sites can not be displayed, then perhaps blogs are blocked / banned by the service provider by reason of breaking the rules they set, one of which is a duplication of articles / papers which have been loaded on other blogs.
How does the service provider to determine whether an article is the result of copy and paste or not? Of course it is not a difficult thing for them. An example is a blogger who uses Google's database has more than 50 billion web pages from all over the world, can easily check whether a page will be indexed, has been previously stored in their databases, and can also easily determine which of the first blogs ran an article / paper is based on data on the article / paper in publishing (loaded).
What about the article containing the same subject, if also included in the category of copy and paste? certainly it is not included in that category, but can be categorized as articles that are not unique by their aliases are often published or discussed by many previous blogs. An article is considered as a copy and paste if all or sebahagian contents of the article, sentence structure / pharagraph, writing format, and / or keywords used exactly the same as other people's articles that had already been loaded.
Another way service providers to know whether an article / paper is the result of copy and paste or not is through a notification by the owner of the original article reported by the original owner of a blog that has duplicate articles / writings through the features provided to mark the blogs that prohibited material (ie: duplication, pornography and violence) or via email, of course, with authentic evidence (yesterday I found a wordpress blog that almost all of the paper ran an article of this blog is blocked by your service provider, but I do not ever complain of these blogs)
Another negative effect of the activities of copy and paste though blogs are not blocked the request is rejected by Google Adsense blog for reasons not comply with the rules they set, one of which is the content of the blog must be unique (not copy paste or a subject not often discussed in other blogs).
